Within the app, users can schedule and attend live appointments with wellness specialists, access personalized nutrition meal plans, view on-demand videos and live fitness classes, participate in support groups, and much more. These features are available both on-the-go and in the comfort of your own home. Virtual consultations and classes are offered seven days a week.

Furthermore, the VHPGO program seamlessly integrates with the iOS Health app (iOS HealthKit) allowing users to track and display their daily step count within the application.
